Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by VS IT Infotech (“VS IT Infotech,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, you must refrain from accessing or using our services.
2. Service Agreement
The services provided by VS IT Infotech are governed by a separate Service Agreement between VS IT Infotech and the client. The terms of this Service Agreement outline the scope, duration, deliverables, and applicable fees or charges for the services. Any agreement issued by VS IT Infotech must be signed and returned within seven (7) days. Failure to do so will result in the contract expiring.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights associated with the services provided by VS IT Infotech, are owned by VS IT Infotech or its licensors. Clients agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the services without obtaining prior written permission from VS IT Infotech.
4. Confidentiality
VS IT Infotech understands the importance of confidentiality. We will take reasonable measures to protect any sensitive information shared by our clients. This information will not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed-upon services, unless required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
VS IT Infotech will make every effort to provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality services. However, our services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or guarantees. VS IT Infotech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VS IT Infotech, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Termination
VS IT Infotech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, where VS IT Infotech operates.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and VS IT Infotech regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
